Every listing includes a professionally generated floor plan, accurate, clean, and ready for every portal and print material. Buyers want to understand the layout before they visit. A good floor plan filters out time-wasters and brings in qualified buyers who already know the property suits them.

A proper walkthrough of the home, paired with an aerial view of the property and surrounds. Most homeowners now see this as essential to a listing, not a nice-to-have, and it's often what turns interstate interest into an offer: buyers get a genuine sense of the space before they ever enquire. Matterport is the market-leading walkthrough technology; we capture it ourselves using a LiDAR iPhone rather than a bulky Matterport camera rig, so it's live on the listing within a day. A flat $199 per listing.

Your property goes live across every major portal, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, and more, the same day photography is ready. You choose your portal exposure level: Standard (~$600–$900), Feature (~$1,200–$1,800), or Premiere (~$2,000–$2,500+). This is the only pass-through cost outside the 1%. Simultaneously, a targeted digital campaign launches to reach qualified buyers who match your property profile.
